Electrical Vehicle Checkout Systems

We provide ECOS, electrical vehicle checkout systems. VCTS2000 is for testing electrical circuitry in a vehicle. A vehicle typically has on an average around 25 circuits which need to be tested. VCTS2000 helps in testing these circuits by automatically logging the current and voltage data and providing the test results so that the vehicle testing process is faster.

Steering Wheel Centering Systems

Ajinkya Electronic Systems have developed steering wheel centering system for automobile manufacturers. The rack pinion arrangement of the steering is aligned centrally with respect to the wheel using this system.

These steering wheel centering system are portable and handy and easily carried along by the operator in the field. The flexible fitting arrangement makes it convenient to sit on any model of the vehicle. The level bubble in the centre helps in maintaining the correct horizontal level. The unit has LCD display with built in rechargeable battery to show the position in angles as it is rotated. The unit has audible buzzer indication to indicate that centering has been achieved.

Ajinkya electronic systems has developed Alternator test bench to test the speed against voltage performance of the alternator motors.

The alternate test bench consists of electronic instrumentation to capture voltage, current, load readings along with motor rpm. SCADA Software gets the information and generates various graphical and text reports as required.

Features of the alternate test bench are:
