Production Analyzers

Production Analyzers are powerful tool to store and analyse the production rate. The unit can count number of objects / length and store in memory. It can store production done every hour in memory which can be noted at the end of the day. Unit is a like a combined unit of Counter + Totalizer + Rate Indicator + Memory storage and all this in a compact size of 96 x 96 DIN

Production data storage. Production in last eight hours / 24 hours is stored in memory, Battery back up for storage in case of power failure.

External enable input for starting counter and time totaliser.
Option to start time totaliser operation only when external pulses for counting are coming. (Factory set).

Production Monitors

Production Monitors that we offer are known for its powerful appearance for it keep strict track of Operating hours of different machines. Unit can keep track of operating hours of a particular machine. It produce a report of when machine was switched On and when it was switched Off; when there was a power cut and when returned back etc. This data can be attached with PC on printer analysis. It gives every necessary information to assess the manufacturing status permitting to manage machines stop information and analyze its efficiency.

Stretch Indicator

Stretch indicator is a device to monitor the stretch in any material being wound / pulled between feeder and take up rollers. The stretch value is displayed in percentage. User can also see individual RPMs / speed in meters / min.

Jiggar Controller

Jiggar Controller is for Automation of Jiggar Operation used in Textile Mills.
The controller controls the forward and reverse operation of the motor accurately, such that same length of cloth is wound on the roller and there is no error.

Unit has two displays to show counts and can sense the revolution pulses through proximity or optical encoder.
The controller has manual mode to adjust the cloth on either of the rollers before starting the operation.

The unit is available in compact size of 96 x 96 mm and is ideal for Jiggar Machine Manufacturers as well as Textile Manufacturers.

Multi Channel Temperature Controllers

IM 1900 Series are Universal Input / Dedicated input Multi channel Temperature controllers. These controllers can accept inputs from various sensors and the type of sensor can be field selected. Controller are available as On / Off type, Proportional, PI type.

Multiple channel controllers are also available upto 16 inputs in universal type and 48 channels for dedicated type in single package.

Other options are Data Logging with Printer or Computer Interface Built in the controller so that no separate Data Logger is needed.
