Ampere Hour Meters

Ampere Hour Meters

Ampere hour meters are used for battery monitoring and Electroplating Applications. Several options make it highly compliant and suitable for different applications. AH meter replaces the timer as they are highly inaccurate in giving precise control. The AH comes with bunch of other facilities such us battery charge and discharge monitoring, rectifier on / off control, Doser control for adding additives and brightener and Rectifier control while plating of metals like Gold / Silver / Nickel etc. The AH meter is provided with RS232 / RS485 output for computer interface and has a warning relay output along with printer output. It has a clear display and programmed with remote control.

Some of the salient features of ampere hour meters are:
  • For programming dust proof membrane keyboard is been used
  • Highly versatile and reliable microcontroller based digital circuitry
  • One preset count with relay output at preset count
  • Automatically selected depending on shunt, value floating decimal point. For shunt values below 25A one decimal resolution is used
  • For current count four and six digit display is there
  • To reset count external reset input is provided
  • Ampere Hour, Ampere Min or Ampere Min, Ampere Seconds selection from keyboard
  • To retain count battery back up is given in case of power fail
  • From keyboard shunt value is programmable
  • To control chemical dosers the use of doser relay outputs are done.
