Event Logger

Available with us is a Digital Input Scanner that shows the status of digital / potential free inputs connected to the unit. The units are available with 8/16/32 inputs and the names for each input can be configured for easy identification. MODBUS interface is provided to transmit the current status of the inputs to PC.

The Digital Input Scanner with SMS Facility not only keeps track on input status, but also generates an SMS alert on error condition of a particular input. The user can programme the alarm condition to be alarm when contact open or alarm when contact closed or in change of status. The SMS message can also be programmed as required.

Our clients can avail from us Production Monitor that is an effective tool in the hands of management. This helps the management to observe that when a machine was switched on, when it was idle, when there was no power. Information about run time, idle time etc can be derived from the logs in the event logger. Event logger can generate a report of at what time a particular system was switched on and at what time it was switched off.

Number of such units can be networked on an RS485 bus and connected to PC. We offer production monitoring software that can upload data from these units and generate shift wise reports.

We offer to our clients a wide range of Production Monitoring Counters. At times more than the machine on and off timings; the actual production is more important. Our counters can count the number of products produced from the external pulses and can keep track of on and off timings and store the data in memory as per shift timings.
