The Loggers are available in DIN Standard size of 96 x 192 mm are ideally designed for logging physical parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow. Data Loggers can be connected to a standard printer straight away to create reports directly also without using of PC. Logger can be used online and offline and compatible with WIN 98 graphic data logging software and also attuned with Elipse Windows SCADA software. In all the new product fault recorder is available for logging of machine on / off timings.

Another application for event loggers is for Production Monitoring. It is an effective tool in the hands of management. Management can observe when a particular machine was switched on, when it was idle, when there was no power. Information about run time, idle time etc can be derived from the logs in the event logger.


In the simplest form the event logger can generate a report of at what time a particular system was switched on and at what time it was switched off. Typical report can be.


Number of such units can be networked on an RS485 bus and connected to PC. Ajinkya provides Production monitoring software which can upload data from these units and generate shift wise reports.

Differential Temperature Controller
Differential Temperature Controller
Normal temperature controller acts on one single input and tries and maintain that temperature at a pre programmed constant level. A differential temperature controller as the name suggest, takes two temperature inputs and tries to maintain the difference between these two temperatures as constant. This is widely used in today’s innovation Solar Energy Systems to provide maximum operating efficiency and flexibility. It automatically maintains the difference e.g., In case of self powered solar box furnace or in case of a solar water collector. By automatically switching on a fan or a pump the temperatures can be equalized.
